Established in 1934 by Mr LN Teo, Gnee Hong started business by retailing steel furnitures. Gnee Hong was also appointed sole importer/exporter for the “Butterfly” brand sewing machines and the “Phoenix” brand of bicycles for Asia.
Gnee Hong subsequently expanded the business to include hand-knotted 100% Silk and Wool carpets, this was followed by retailing exquisite handcrafted Rosewood furnitures.
Gnee Hong Furniture is one of the pioneers in the furniture industry with decades of experience and customer satisfaction.
To keep up with the changing times Gnee Hong has diversified into producing modern contemporary furnitures supplying Government, Commercial and Residential clients.
